I create expressive, sculptural forms from natural materials, drawing inspiration from both nature and the human figure, often leaning towards abstraction. The unique characteristics of each piece of stone or wood present distinct technical and creative opportunities. I approach my work through a blend of intuitive processes and calculated solutions, using pneumatic and electrical tools to shape the material and finishing each piece meticulously by hand. My work, characterized by smooth, organic shapes, evokes a sense of serenity and contemplation while fostering a connection with the natural environment.
